Are reviews really anonymous?
Yes. Reviews are posted without any identifying information attached, and your therapist has no way to see who wrote a specific review. We protect your identity to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Search your name, click "Claim This Profile," and verify in one of two ways. If you have an NPI, our cross-check against the NPPES federal registry takes about 60 seconds. Pre-licensed providers (associates, interns, residents) verify via supervisor information instead. No NPI required. Either path is free.
You can add them in about 60 seconds. Enter their first name, last name, and state and we'll create the profile so you can leave the first review. No login required.
Free for clients. Therapists can claim and manage a basic profile at no cost. Premium tools (anonymous engagement alerts, weekly visibility scoreboard, featured spotlight placement) are an optional upgrade for therapists who want them.
Bot challenges (Cloudflare Turnstile) on every submission, per-IP and per-email rate limits, and a public report-this-review button on every profile. Reviews flagged by three or more independent reporters within seven days are automatically hidden pending moderator review. We don't pre-screen reviews for content, but we act quickly on credible reports.
No. Therapists cannot remove legitimate reviews. They can respond publicly, and they can report reviews that violate our guidelines (defamation, doxxing, harassment) which a moderator reviews manually. Honesty is the whole point.
